КРИТЕРИИ, ОПРЕДЕЛЯЮЩИЕ РЕЙТИНГИ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ ТИПА "УМНЫЙ УНИВЕРСИТЕТ"

Учитывая отсутствие мировых рейтингов, специализирующихся на образовательных организациях типа «умный университет», в статье описываются критерии, которые выявлены при изучении двух рейтинговых агентств. По данным критериям определены различия между старыми и современными вузами: результаты оценок и уровень развития экономики страны. Существующие различия в показателях позволяют разработать модели и реализовать концепцию «умный университет».

Taking into account the absence of world ratings specializing in educational organizations of the «smart university» type, the article describes the criteria that was identified during the study of two rating agencies. According to this criteria, the differences between old and modern universities is determined: the results of assessments and the level of development of the country's economy. The existing differences in indicators allow us to develop models and implement the concept of a «smart university».
