На фоне общей депрессии и спада экономической активности наблюдается взрывной рост в сфере биоиженерных, информационных и когнитивных исследований. «Новая нормальность» коронавирусной эпохи, связанная с невиданной прежде широтой применения систем искусственного интеллекта, технологий видеонаблюдения, геолокации и «Больших данных», в необычайно короткие сроки привела к возникновению новых экзистенциальных и правовых проблем.

The article is devoted to the consideration of some aspects of the transformation of social reality. The announcement of a pandemic provoked an unprecedented situation: humanity is faced with a completely different concept of reality. In particular, the current conditions, stimulating a breakthrough in the development of NBIC- technologies, contribute to the strengthening of the paradigm that absolutizes the technocratic component of civilizational development. Against the background of a general depression and a decline in economic activity, there is an explosive growth in the field of bioengineering, information and cognitive research. The «new normal» of the coronavirus era, associated with the unprecedented breadth of use of artificial intelligence systems, video surveillance technologies, geolocation and «Big Data», in an unusually short time has led to the emergence of new existential and legal problems.
