On the Issue of Russia’s “Soft power” Policy Towards Ukraine (2004‒2014)

The purpose of the work is to study the essence of “soft power” and its role in the foreign policy of Russia towards Ukraine from 2004 to 2014. The article examines the mechanisms and instruments of “soft power”.
