INTERNATIONAL INSTRUMENTS OF COLLABORATION IN THE BLACK SEA REGION

Economic, environmental and other problems of the Black Sea region can not be addressed in isolation from the political and legal environment, excluding mutual interests of its member states, common regional interest. Coherence in addressing common regional problems is achieved through agreements, conventions and other international instruments between countries. This activity needs to be regulated through the development of international legal resources of the organization efficient and effective use of all the possibilities of the Black Sea region. At this stage of development of international legal cooperation Black Sea states seem relevant study specific nature of international legal regulation of the Black Sea region; definition of the role and place of Ukraine in modern processes and integration of sub-regional cooperation; study of the main trends in the treaty practice of the Black Sea; identification and examination of organizational and legal forms of international legal cooperation Black Sea countries; legal analysis and research activities of the legal status established in the Black Sea region of international organizations; study of the problems and the bilateral cooperation of the Black Sea.
