INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE ETHICS ON THE MARKET VALUE OF STATE-OWNED COMPANIES: WORLD PRACTICE

Article studies the influence of corporate ethics of a state-owned company on the stability of its operations, management and growth of business. The authors discuss the cost-based approach to the formation of corporate culture and values. As a result of research, authors found that the process of value creation includes business planning, corporate law, a system of tangible and intangible compensation, and corporate culture (conduct and ethics).
