The research goal of this scientific work is to identify trends related to changing alternative ways of resolving disputes between neoindustrialization subjects. International trade integration affects the legal systems of all countries of the world. First of all, this is due to the popularization of e-Commerce, which best corresponds to modern realities. Participants in this process need legal protection of their interests. The widespread introduction of digital technologies makes it necessary to develop special dispute resolution mechanisms and their development, which determine the balance of private and public legal interests. It is proved that: 1) Alternative methods of dispute resolution need to be radically changed; 2) special conditions Must be created to increase the popularity of these methods of dispute resolution; 3) the Transition of procedures to an online process will increase their effectiveness; 4) it is Necessary to legislate the use of digital technologies in many alternative ways; 5) the Creation of a single information space will simplify the process of dispute resolution; 6) the Global experience of switching to digital technologies has proved its effectiveness and positive impact on the economy of these countries by attracting additional investment. The author justifies the need to create conditions for increasing the attractiveness of alternative dispute resolution methods, otherwise, the parties of the dispute will simply avoid the jurisdiction of such States where these procedures do not meet their expectations. It is argued that some methods of dispute resolution should be conducted online, since the purpose of these procedures is completely different from making a binding decision for the parties.
