В научном исследовании анализируется влияние социальноэкономических кризисов на динамику дорожно-транспортных происшествий (ДТП) на территории Российской Федерации. Целью работы авторы ставят выявление прямой и косвенной зависимостей между экономическими рецессиями, влияющими на все социальноэкономические аспекты жизни гражданина, и дорожно-транспортными происшествиями. В работе изучены положительные и негативные факторы, оказывающие воздействие на динамику происшествий на дорогах России, с использованием как международного опыта, так и внутристрановых показателей. В работе выявлены закономерности и корреляция между возникновениями социально-экономических спадов в экономике страны, а также турбулентностью на мировом рынке с показателями дорожно-транспортных происшествий. Научной базой исследования послужили российские и зарубежные публикации, государственные статистические материалы, мнения и оценки экспертов области, а также собственные наработки авторов.
The scientific research analyzes the impact of socio-economic crises on the dynamics of road traffic accidents in the Russian Federation. The aim of the work, the authors put the identification of direct and indirect relationships between economic recessions that affect all socio-economic aspects of a citizen's life, and road accidents. The paper studies the positive and negative factors influencing the dynamics of accidents on the roads of Russia, using both international experience and domestic indicators. The main aspect of the publication is to identify patterns and correlations between the occurrence of socio-economic downturns in the country's economy, as well as turbulence in the world market with indicators of road traffic accidents. Indicators of the state of road safety are a reflection of the socio-economic processes in the country, since the movement of citizens on the roads is determined by their socio-economic needs, and the quality of the car park and road infrastructure directly depends on the policy pursued by the state and the budgetary capabilities of the relevant entities, therefore, to form effective state policy in the area under consideration, the definition and achievement of appropriate targets for reducing deaths and injuries as a result of road accidents, a comprehensive understanding of the impact of ongoing socio-economic processes on road safety is necessary, as well as taking into account their possible changes. The projection of the patterns identified by the authors of the scientific work for other periods of economic development contributes, in the future, to the development of more effective mechanisms for ensuring road safety in the regions of the Russian Federation. The scientific basis of the research was Russian and foreign publications, state statistical materials, opinions and assessments of experts in the field, as well as the authors' own developments.
