Макромодель структурных изменений оборонно - промышленного комплекса

В статье предложена макромодель структурных изменений оборонно - промышленного комплекса (ОПК) государства на этапах его эволюционного развития. При этом из обеспечивающих макроизменения процессов микроуровня выделены два ключевых для структуры ОПК: изменение разнообразия ее элементов и востребованность результатов их функционирования. Проявление этих процессов на макроэкономическом уровне представлено динамикой энтропии, присущей структурным изменениям ОПК. В формализованном виде модель представлена дифференциальным уравнением, относящимся к классу уравнений Бернулли. Для него получены аналитические решения и проведен их качественный анализ. Результаты анализа позволяют судить о возможных структурных изменениях ОПК на этапах его эволюционного развития.

The article proposes a macro model of structural changes in the military - industrial complex (MIC) of the state at the stages of its evolutionary development. At the same time, from the micro - level processes that provide macro - changes, two key ones for the structure of the MIC were singled out: a change in the diversity of its elements and the demand for the results of their functioning. The manifestation of these processes at the macroeconomic level is represented by the dynamics of entropy inherent in structural changes in the MIC. In formalized form, the model is represented by a differential equation belonging to the class of Bernoulli equations. For him, analytical solutions were obtained and their qualitative analysis was carried out. The results of the analysis make it possible to judge about possible structural changes in the MIC at the stages of its evolutionary development.
