ОСНОВНЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ВЗАИМООТНОШЕНИЙ СТРАН ВОСТОЧНОЙ АЗИИ И ВЫЗОВЫ ДЛЯ КИТАЙСКОЙ ВНЕШНЕЙ ПОЛИТИКИ

Восточная Азия - один из наиболее динамично развивающихся регионов мира и один из важнейших направлений для китайской внешней политики. Взаимоотношения между странами региона характеризуются развитым экономическим сотрудничеством и взаимозависимостью, быстрыми темпами развития гуманитарного сотрудничества и обменов, однако вместе с тем и рядом нерешенных проблем в сфере политики и безопасности. Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению основных нерешенных конфликтов и проблем в регионе, которые имеют негативное влияние на потенциальное развитие политических отношений. В статье рассматриваются две группы проблем - исторические проблемы и проблемы безопасности. Приводятся примеры их негативного влияния на межгосударственные отношения и дается оценка их дальнейшему развитию. Анализируются наиболее проблематичные сферы отношений основных акторов Восточной Азии - КНР, Японии и Южной Кореи. Также обращается особое внимание на северокорейскую ядерную программу и развитие позиции китайской внешней политики по этой проблеме. Статья раскрывает вызовы и задачи региональной политики КНР в свете вышеуказанных проблем.

THE MAIN ISSUES OF THE RELATIONS BETWEEN EAST ASIAN COUNTRIES AND CHALLENGES FOR CHINESE FOREIGN POLICY

East Asia is one of the most dynamically developing regions of the world and one of the most important areas for Chinese foreign policy. The relations between East Asian countries are characterized by developed economic cooperation and interdependence, rapid development of humanitarian cooperation and exchanges, but, at the same time, a number of unresolved problems in the fields of politics and security. This article considers the main conflicts and problems that have a negative impact on the potential development of political relations in the region. The article examines two groups of problems - historical problems and security problems. The author brings examples of their negative impact on interstate relations and discusses their further development. The article contains an analysis of the most problematic spheres of relations between the main actors of East Asia - China, Japan and South Korea. It also pays special attention to the North Korean nuclear program and to how the position of Chinese foreign policy on this issue developed. The article further reveals the challenges of China's regional policy in the light of the abovementioned problems.
