СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ ФТС РОССИИ С БИЗНЕС-СООБЩЕСТВАМИ

В статье рассмотрены ключевые для повышения эффективности деятельности таможенных органов Российской Федерации проблемы взаимодействия ФТС России с бизнессообществами. Указанные проблемы сформированы на основе анализа практики деятельности таможенных органов и практики перемещения товаров через таможенную границу Евразийского экономического союза в зоне ответственности Российской Федерации.

The article discusses the key problems of interaction between the Federal Customs Service of Russia and business communities to improve the efficiency of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. These problems are formed on the basis of an analysis of the practice of customs authorities and the practice of moving goods across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in the area of responsibility of the Russian Federation.
