Особенности концепции «мягкая сила» в политике ЮАР и КНР в Африке южнее Сахары

Данная статья раскрывает особенности внешнеполитического влияния ЮАР и КНР на государства Африки южнее Сахары. Выбранные страны осуществляют совместные действия в рамках БРИКС, но инструментарий политики влияния различен. Целью работы является выявление и сравнение специфики подходов данных стран в реализации концепции «мягкой силы» во внешней политике. Для этого автором статьи рассмотрены основные положения концепции «мягкой силы»; определено стратегическое значение Африки во внешней политике стран, действующих в данном регионе; проанализирован «мягкосиловые» методы ЮАР и КНР относительно стран Африки; произведено сопоставление особенностей их «мягкосиловой» внешней политики к этому региону.

Features of the concept of "soft power" in the policy of South Africa and China in sub-Saharan Africa

This article reveals the features of the foreign policy influence of South Africa and the PRC on the states of Sub-Saharan Africa. The selected countries carry out joint actions within the BRICS framework, but the instruments of influence policy are different. The aim of the work is to identify and compare the specifics of the approaches of these countries in the implementation of the concept of "soft power" in foreign policy. For this, the author of the article considers the main provisions of the concept of "soft power"; the strategic importance of Africa in the foreign policy of countries operating in this region has been determined; analyzed the "soft power" methods of South Africa and China in relation to African countries; the comparison of the features of their "soft-power" foreign policy towards this region has been made.
