Autological fibrin matrixs: Prospect surgery use

The article presents a technique for obtaining autologous carriers of tissue micrografts, or scaffolds, based on the interaction of fibrin and cells of the implanted material, as well as a method for the controlled production of autologous tissue matrices of the required volume, which are easily modeled. The processes of formation of a fibrin clot, its main physical characteristics have been investigated. The process of matrix gel compaction is considered, which significantly stimulates the attachment of tissue micrografts to the scaffold surface, which promotes metabolic processes. © 2021, Human Stem Cell Institute.
