Development and calculation of the design of mobile suspension elements of transport and technological machines for the development of lunar space

Leadership in space determines the economic status of the state in the world. In the Russian Federation developed the concept of the study and exploration of the moon, which involves three stages and will last till 2040. The second phase of the program includes the landing of the first Russian cosmonaut on the moon, therefore, of particular urgency is the issue of creating a vehicle for movement on the lunar surface ("monomobile"). Currently, many countries (Russia, USA, China, Japan) are working on this task. The landing of us astronauts in the XX century showed that the unexplored surface imposes its limitations and requirements for the created vehicles, so an effective, reliable, fast lunar vehicle has yet to be created. The article deals with one of the aspects of improving the mobile elements of the lunar vehicle as a means of transportation of astronauts and cargo on the lunar surface. © 2021, Univelt Inc.
