In this article different problems of forming linguistic consciousness in the early period of ontogenesis are observed. Attention is mostly paid to problems of interference. In the result of analysis authors came to conclusion, that in the process of forming linguistic consciousness of a child his or her own constantly changing individual language system had been forming. On the one hand, there are certain consistent pattern in mastering different language phenomenon, on the other, there are differences that are connected to the structure of studied language. When the child is in context of compelled bilingualism, language interference is inevitable on different linguistic levels. Authors analyze existing strategies in language studying and make a conclusion that the existence of languages as equal communication systems depends on individual characteristics of the child, and also on efforts that parents make in the process of language learning. Methods are used: observation, fixing of linguistic facts, linguistic description.
