Influence of external force fields on the evolution of space debris clouds

In this paper, the evolution of a cloud of interacting particles in their orbital motion around the Earth is considered. In numerical simulations in a non-inertial orbital coordinate system, there is a large difference in the orders of the quantities used, which prevents calculations. To prevent this from happening, the equations of motion of particles are written in a special form. The proposed research algorithm allows one to obtain the relative configurations of the clouds of particles with allowance for various perturbations and with different required computational accuracy. © 2020
