On optimal therapy protocols in the mathematical model of prostate cancer progression

A mathematical model for the treatment of prostate cancer regarding androgen ablation is considered. The effect of the therapy on healthy cells is taken into account and modelled as a second order state constraint. A mathematical overview about possible therapy strategies is presented. © 2020 ASSA.
