ЦИФРОВАЯ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ В УСЛОВИЯХ САНКЦИЙ

Активное развитие и внедрение цифровых технологий во все сферы человеческой деятельности приводит к изменению устоявшегося уклада жизни и ставит перед государством новые задачи по обеспечению необходимых условий для ускоренного технологического обновления, способствующего инновационному развитию страны. Распространение цифровых технологий расширяет возможности быстрого и эффективного взаимодействия всех участников социально-экономических отношений на качественно новом, высокотехнологичном уровне. В связи с этим особую роль приобретает наращивание темпов цифровизации и модернизации российской экономики, что значительно затрудняется в условиях постоянно расширяющихся санкций со стороны США и ЕС. В статье рассмотрены основные направления цифровой трансформации в соответствии с национальной программой «Цифровая экономика Российской Федерации», изучены принимаемые меры по распространению информационных технологий на современном этапе. Сделан вывод о том, что санкционные ограничения не только несут угрозы российскому рынку информационных технологий, но и открывают возможности роста и развития. Необходимо активно развивать политику импортозамещения в сфере цифровых технологий для повышения конкурентоспособности национальных программных продуктов, роста популярности их среди населения, бизнеса и обеспечения кибербезопасности страны.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY UNDER SANCTIONS

The active development and introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of human activity leads to a change in the established way of life and poses new challenges to the state to provide the necessary conditions for accelerated technological renewal, contributing to the innovative development of the country. The spread of digital technologies expands the opportunities for rapid and effective interaction of all participants in social and economic relations at a qualitatively new, high-tech level. In this regard, a special role is played by increasing the pace of digital transformation and modernization of the Russian economy, which is much more difficult in the face of constantly expanding sanctions from the US and the EU. The article considers the main directions of digital transformation in accordance with the national program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation", examines the measures taken to disseminate digital technologies at the present stage. It is concluded that the sanctions restrictions are not only a threat to the Russian market of information technology, but also open up opportunities for growth and development. It is necessary to actively develop a policy of import substitution in the field of digital technologies, to increase the competitiveness of national software products, increase the popularity of their use among the population, business and ensure cybersecurity of the country.
