The study focuses on the study of toxic communication as a form of social pollution in the workplace. The study of toxic communication was carried out on the basis of empirical analysis, which was carried out in two 202 stages. The data obtained indicate that the presence of toxic communication does not depend on the area of the organization's activity. The connection of toxic communication in the workplace with the deterioration of the psychological and physical condition of workers has been proved. The study shows that in most cases, workers experience discomfort from vertical toxic communication (boss - subordinate). The conclusion is that further studies of toxic communication are needed in order to find solutions to improve the ecology of workplaces.
