Today Life-Cycle Assessment, LCA - one of leading environmental management tools in the European Union, based on a series of ISO standards and designed to assess the environmental, economic, social aspects and impacts environmental impact in production and waste management systems. LCA method deserves close attention from Russian environmental sector, as it is an important analytical tool for substantiation of the choice between different technologies, scenarios with reliability, the reliability of the results.
