Examples in the article were brought by all the levels of countries without considering their economical, political power, since understanding of data privacy or protection of data is comprehended newly by scholars in the comparison of other legal elements. A number of scandals in the media - bothering with wiretaps or e-mail snooping - has given the direction to talk about the meaning and importance of privacy.
