ПРАВОВОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ СМАРТ-КОНТРАКТА

Вопросы, связанные с использованием смарт- контрактов, лишь недавно стали находиться в центре внимания различных исследований. Можно выделить несколько научных статей, посвященных заявленной проблематике. При этом на настоящий момент в российской науке отсутствует целостный подход к пониманию смарт-контрактов. В данной статье анализируется гражданско-правовая сущность смарт- контракта.

: Issues related to the use of smart contracts have only recently become the focus of various studies. There are several scientific articles devoted to the stated problems. However, at the moment in Russian science there is no holistic approach to understanding smart contracts. This article analyzes the civil law nature of a smart contract.
