В статье анализируются особенности организации и функционирования органов местного самоуправления в США. Исследуются механизм, формы и методы взаимодействия органов государственной власти и местных администраций. Обобщается опыт практической работы, накопленный в США за долгие годы функционирования системы местного самоуправления.

ON SOME FEATURES OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN THE UNITED STATES. EXPERIENCE FOR RUSSIA

The article analyzes the features of the organization and functioning of local governments in the United States. The mechanism, forms and methods of interaction between state authorities and local administrations are studied. The article summarizes the experience of practical work accumulated in the United States over many years of functioning of the local government system.
