В статье рассматриваются требования, предъявляемые к эксплуатации зданий. Определены: нормируемые эксплуатационные характеристики зданий, которые в свою очередь зависят от типа и назначения зданий; влияние параметров микроклимата, шума, инсоляции на условия пребывания человека в помещении.

Requirements for the operation of buildings

The article discusses the requirements for the operation of buildings. Defined: normalized performance characteristics of buildings, which in turn depend on the type and purpose of buildings; influence of microclimate parameters, noise, insolation on the conditions of human stay in the room.
