Historical features of the formation of local self-government in Scandinavian countries

The Scandinavian states have a long tradition and, in many respects, a similar history of local self-government. The formation of local authorities took place in the early to mid-19^th century. The article discusses the history of local government in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden in the context of a single Scandinavian model of local government. The author analyzes the specifics of the Scandinavian model of local self-government, modern and historical reasons for separation into an independent model.

Скандинавские государства имеют давнюю традицию и во многом схожую историю местного самоуправления. Формирование местных органов власти происходит в начале-середине XIX века. В статье рассматривается история местного самоуправления в Дании, Норвегии, Финляндии и Швеции в контексте единой истории местного самоуправления. Автором анализируются специфика скандинавской модели местного самоуправления, современные и исторические причины обособления в самостоятельную модель.
