«Один пояс, один путь»: от теории к практике

Статья посвящена теоретическим предпосылкам и вопросам практической реализации экономической и внешнеполитической инициативы КНР «Один пояс, один путь» (ОПОП). Выявлены общие черты продвижения инициативы в разных регионах мира. Рассмотрены причины заинтересованности азиатских, латиноамериканских и африканских государств в участии в ОПОП, а также проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются страны в ходе реализации проектов в рамках инициативы.

«One belt, one road»: from theory to practice»

The article is devoted to the study of the theory and practical implementation of the “One belt, one road” initiative (BRI), suggested by China. The authors identify common features of the promotion of the BRI in the different regions of the world. The authors examine the reasons for the states of Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America in participating in the BRI, as well as the problems faced by those states during the implementation of the BRI projects.
