Pharmacotherapy of bronchopulmonary dysplasia: A personalized approach

The lecture, based on relevant international and domestic consensus documents, research results, and authors' experience, provides relevant information on personalized pharmacotherapy of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), including the use of drugs of such groups as systemic and inhaled glucocorticosteroids, methylxanthines, inhaled bronchodilators, diuretics. It provides modern definition of the disease and its diagnostic criteria, goals of therapy. Indications, treatment regimens, dosages, contraindications and side effects of drugs of these groups in children with BPD of different ages at different stages of treatment and observation are described. © 2020, Pediatria Ltd..
