Эмпирическое исследование психологических особенностей формирования заблаговременной устойчивости личности

На современном этапе развития общества наблюдается достаточно устойчивая тенденция усложнения профессиональной деятельности специалистов. В связи с чем механизмы детерминации, формирования и развития заблаговременной устойчивости и потенциала ресурсности субъекта в различных видах деятельности представляется важной теоретической и прикладной проблемой психологии. Модели становления личности военного профессионала уместно рассматривать в контексте профессиональной ответственности. Профессионально ориентированной структурой личности будущего военного профессионала выступает его заблаговременная устойчивость, под которой понимается интегративный комплекс характеристик субъектов военной профессионализации, что обеспечивает подготовку психики к военно-профессиональной деятельности. Цель статьи - путем эмпирического исследования установить психологические особенности формирования заблаговременной устойчивости личности согласно условиям профессионализации. По результатам исследования установлено, что феномен заблаговременной устойчивости личности необходимо рассматривать прежде всего в контексте детерминации и взаимообусловленности жизненно-временных перспектив. Заблаговременная устойчивость личности рассматривается как личностное образование, представленное специфической функциональностью психологических границ личности, структурой внутриличностных конфликтов, типом ориентации на действие/состояние алиенации и адаптивными способностями. В статье определены особенности становления заблаговременной устойчивости личности на примере курсантов вузов МО России, на разных этапах детерминации, проведен их сравнительный анализ. Разработана идеальная модель и определено актуальное состояние становления заблаговременной устойчивости курсантов - будущих военнослужащих. Путем сравнения отдельных показателей заблаговременной устойчивости в контексте жизненно-временных перспектив личности у исследуемых курсантов на учебно-академическом и учебно-профессиональном этапах становления, определена эмпирическая модель ее становления.

An empirical study of the psychological characteristics of the formation of early stability of personality

At the present stage of development of society, there is a fairly stable tendency to complicate the professional activities of specialists. In this connection, the mechanisms of determination, formation and development of the early stability and potential of the resource of the subject in various types of activities seem to be an important theoretical and applied problem of psychology. It is appropriate to consider models of the formation of the personality of a military professional in the context of professional responsibility. A professionally oriented personality structure of a future military professional is its early stability, which is understood as an integrative set of characteristics of subjects of military professionalization, which ensures the preparation of the psyche for military professional activity. The purpose of the article is to establish, through empirical research, the psychological characteristics of the formation of an early stability of a person according to the conditions of professionalization. According to the results of the study, it was found that the phenomenon of early stability of the personality must be considered primarily in the context of the determination and interdependence of life-time prospects. The early stability of the personality is considered as a personality formation, represented by the specific functionality of the psychological boundaries of the personality, the structure of intrapersonal conflicts, the type of orientation to the action / state of alienation and adaptive abilities. The article identifies the features of the formation of early stability of an individual by the example of cadets of universities of the Russian Ministry of Defense, at different stages of determination, their comparative analysis is carried out. An ideal model has been developed and the current state of the formation of advance stability of cadets - future military personnel has been determined. By comparing individual indicators of early stability in the context of the life-time prospects of the personality of the students under study at the academic, academic and professional stages of formation, an empirical model of its formation is determined.
