Методика выбора рисковых товарных партий для проведения углубленного таможенного контроля

В статье предложена методика выбора рисковых товарных партий для проведения углубленного таможенного контроля в интересах предотвращения нарушений таможенного законодательства при перемещении товаров через таможенную границу Евразийского экономического союза. В основу методики положен формальный аппарат теории нечетких множеств. Это позволило учесть присущую рассматриваемой задаче выбора неопределенность исходной информации. Предложенная процедура рационального выбора товарных партий для углубленного таможенного контроля может быть реализована в процессе развития систем управления рисками таможенных органов государств - членов ЕАЭС.

Methodology for the selection of risky consignments for in-depth customs control

The article proposes a method for selecting risky commodity lots for in-depth customs control in the interests of preventing violations of customs legislation when goods are moved across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union. The methodology is based on the formal apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets. This allowed us to take into account the inherent uncertainty of the initial information inherent in the problem of choice under consideration. The proposed procedure for the rational selection of consignments for in-depth customs control can be implemented in the process of developing risk management systems for the customs authorities of the EAEU member states.
