Сетевой университет как инструмент интеграции высшего образования стран БРИКС

Целью настоящей статьи стал исследование инструмента интеграции высшего образования стран БРИКС - Сетевого университета. Для достижения поставленной цели были рассмотрены статистические данные, проанализированы официальные заявления уполномоченных лиц и органов. Предполагается, что в процессе определения Сетевого университета стран БРИКС необходимо проанализировать основные направления его деятельности и состав рабочих групп в рамках данных направлений. Для проверки данной гипотезы анализировались официальные данные, размещенные в открытом доступе по странам БРИКС. Было доказано, что на современном этапе развития высшего образования стран БРИКС важным и одним из ключевых инструментов интеграции высшего образования станет Сетевой университет, который позволит объединить усилия стран для повышения конкурентоспособности высшего образования на международной арене и в мировых рейтингах университетов.

Network University as a tool for the integration of higher education BRICS countries

The purpose of this article was to study the integration tool of higher education of the BRICS countries - Network University. To achieve this goal, statistical data were reviewed, official statements of authorized persons and bodies were analyzed. It is assumed that in the process of determining the BRICS Network University it is necessary to analyze the main directions of its activity and the composition of the working groups within these areas. To test this hypothesis, we analyzed official data that were publicly available in the BRICS countries. It was proved that at the present stage of development of higher education of the BRICS countries, the Network University will become an important and one of the key tools for the integration of higher education, which will combine the efforts of countries to improve the competitiveness of higher education in the international arena and in the world university rankings.
