Выявление ключевых факторов влияющих на процесс централизованного обеспечения (в условиях неопределённости)

В настоящее время процесс обеспечения является очень важным вопросом. Так как отлаженный процесс управления ресурсами позволяет компании эффективно функционировать. В рамках данной работы были проанализированы действующие бизнес-процессы частной компании, на основе которых был сформирован процесс централизованного обеспечения. Более того, в работе представлен обзор типовых решений на базе 1С ,представленных на рынке связанных с управлением материально-техническими ресурсами . Выявлены основные преимущества и недостатки рассматриваемых типовых решений, построена сравнительная таблица этих решений. Осуществлён выбор наиболее подходящего типового решения в рамках процесса обеспечения рассмотренной компании. Доказана необходимость внедрения процесса централизованного обеспечения, в связи с сокращением трудозатрат, а также уменьшение расходов. Этапы работы: Во-первых, разделение процесса обеспечения на два типа в зависимости от влияния сезона: 1) ситуация, когда сезон не оказывает влияние на число заявок на обеспечение (процесс офисного снабжения и обеспечение форменной одеждой); 2) ситуация, когда сезон оказывает влияние на число заявок на обеспечение. Во-вторых, определены основные факторы, оказывающие эффект на число заявок на обеспечение. После чего, на базе полученных статистических данных была построена регрессионная модель, отображающая влияние выделенных факторов на число заявок на обеспечение. Проинтерпретированы основные показатели построенной модели, а также дана оценка её качества. На следующем этапе работы определены ключевые функции процесса централизованного обеспечения «Закупка», «Поступление», «Выбытие». На их основе было создано приложение на базе 1С, с учётом выявленных факторов и основных функций. В завершении работы происходит моделирование рабочей ситуацию (запуск приложения), его анализ, выявление возможных узких мест их корректировка.

Identification of key factors influencing the process of centralized provision (under conditions of uncertainty)

Currently, the process of providing is a very important issue. Since the streamlined process of resource management allows the company to function effectively. As part of this work, we analyzed the existing business processes of a private company, on the basis of which the centralized support process was formed. Moreover, the paper presents an overview of typical solutions based on 1C, represented on the market related to the management of material and technical resources. The main advantages and disadvantages of the considered standard solutions are identified, a comparative table of these solutions is built. The selection of the most appropriate standard solution within the framework of the process for the reviewed company has been carried out. Proved the need to implement a process of centralized support, in connection with the reduction of labor costs, as well as reducing costs. Within the framework of this work several stages are expected. First, the division of the provision process into two types, depending on the influence of the season: 1) situation when the season does not affect the number of applications for provision (the process of office supply and the provision of uniforms); 2) the situation when the season affects the number of applications for collateral. Secondly, the main factors that have an effect on the number of applications for collateral are identified. After that, on the basis of the obtained statistical data, a regression model was constructed, reflecting the influence of the selected factors on the number of applications for collateral. The main indicators of the constructed model were interpreted, and its quality was assessed. In the next stage of work, key functions are identified. the process of centralized support “Procurement”, “Receipt”, “Disposal”. On their basis, an application was created based on 1C, taking into account the identified factors and basic functions. At the end of the work, the work situation is modeled (the application is launched), its analysis, the identification of possible bottlenecks, their correction.
