ПРОЦЕССЫ AGILE КАК ПОДХОД К УПРАВЛЕНИЮ В НАУКОЁМКИХ ОТРАСЛЯХ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ И ПОВЫШЕНИЮ ВИТАЛЬНОСТИ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ РАЗРАБОТОК

В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы организации управления на высокотехнологичных предприятиях, а также потенциальные возможности повышения жизнеспособности инноваций. Проанализированы основные ценности Agile применительно к наукоёмким отраслям промышленности (на примере процессов Scrum). Выявлена и обоснована необходимость использования гибкого комплекса методик и подходов в процессе управления и создания инновационного продукта. На основе проведенного исследования автором также предлагается выделить наиболее вероятные причины неудачного внедрения Agile на предприятия наукоёмких отраслей. Материалы статьи представляют ценность для руководителей и специалистов, занимающихся управлением наукоемких производств высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности, а также для студентов, желающих детально рассмотреть данный вопрос.

AGILE PROCESSES AS AN APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT IN KNOWLEDGE-INTENSIVE INDUSTRIES AND INCREASING THE VITALITY OF INNOVATION

This article deals with the problems of management organization at high-tech enterprises, as well as the potential to improve the viability of innovation. The basic values of Agile in relation to knowledge-intensive industries (on the example of Scrum processes) are analyzed. The necessity of using a flexible set of techniques and approaches in the process of management and creation of an innovative product is revealed and justified. Based on the study, the author also proposes to identify the most likely reasons for the failure of the introduction of Agile to enterprises of knowledge-intensive industries. The materials of the article are valuable for managers and specialists involved in the management of high-tech industries, as well as for students who want to consider this issue in detail.
