An algorithm of optimization of characteristics and parameters of a new type of optical microscope - waveguide optical microscope (WOMP) - has been elaborated on the basis of the computer modeling of a solution of the direct and inverse problems. The elaborated algorithm is based on the complex analysis of the dynamics of the direct and inverse problems. It was found that this kind of optimization enables one to find a correct numerical solution of the inverse WOMP problem when achieving a superresolution of the parameters of the statistical ensemble of microobjects.
