ASSESSMENT OF ECOLOGICAL CRIME IN RUSSIA

Over the past five years, in the Russian Federation, against the background of increasing anthropogenic impact on the environment, there has been a tendency to reduce the number of ecological crimes registered by law enforcement agencies. At the same time, the structure of ecological crime is dominated by crimes provided for by the following articles of the Criminal Code: Article 260, Article 256, Article 247, Article 257, Article 258.
