Статья посвящена управлению организационными изменениями в международной компании. Проводится анализ современных теорий управления организационными изменениями. Приведено описание проблем и перспектив развития теории управления организационными изменениями. Показано, что специфические инструменты (ADKAR Prosci, DICE BCG) могут быть дополнены инструментами и методиками из прочих областей: организационное поведение, стратегический менеджмент, управление качеством, управление проектами.
The article is devoted to "management of organizational changes" in an international company. The modern state of the theory of change management is analyzed, problems and prospects of its development are briefly described. There is a rapprochement between two paradigmatic approaches: technical, aimed at increasing the economic efficiency and effectiveness of business, and psychological - which has its task to address issues of human problems arising in the process of transformation. An attempt was made to clarify the composition of the modern "tool portfolio" of the manager in the field of change management. It is noted that a specific toolkit (ADKAR Prosci, DICE BCG, maps of forces of influence, etc.) can be supplemented with tools and methods borrowed from related fields of knowledge (strategic management, quality management, project management, organizational behavior).
