ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИЙ РАЗВИТИЯ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИХ АЛЬЯНСОВ

Актуальность исследования международных стратегических альянсов связана с тем, что в условиях глобализации растет степень интеграции между крупнейшими субъектами рыночной экономики, и за счет формирования стратегических альянсов компаниям удается получить ключевые преимущества в различных видах деятельности. Кроме того, стратегические альянсы являются двигателем инновационного развития экономики, так как объединение компаний происходит не только по производственно-сбытовой цепочке, но и в рамках научно-технических подразделений. В статье проведен анализ динамики, национальной принадлежности современных международных стратегических альянсов, обращено внимание на факторы, способствующие объединению компаний, а также раскрыты преимущества стратегических альянсов перед сделками слияния и поглощения.

THE RESEARCH TRENDS INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

The relevance of the study of international strategic alliances is due to the fact that in the context of globalization, the degree of integration between the major players of the market economy is growing and due to the creation of international strategic alliances, companies are able to obtain key advantages in various activities. In addition, international strategic alliances are the engine of innovative development of the economy, as the Association of companies is not only in the supply chain, but also in the framework of scientific and technical units. The paper analyzes the reasons for the creation and operation of modern international strategic alliances, draws attention to the factors that contribute to the unification of companies by type of international strategic alliances, as well as the advantages of strategic alliances over mergers and acquisitions.
