MAIN GOALS MANAGEMENT OF STATE LAND OVERSIGHT ON THE TERRITORY OF MOSCOW REGION

Land relations are such a sphere of the society's life activity where citizens and legal entities: owners, land users, lessees and other entities allow a large number of violations of the current legislation. Identify such violations, punish the perpetrators and ensure the elimination of the consequences of such violations - these are the tasks that are entrusted to bodies of state power exercising state land supervision. State land supervision is the activity of federal executive bodies, which are empowered to verify compliance with the requirements of land legislation. It is also an activity that aims to identify, prevent and suppress violations by state authorities, local governments, as well as legal entities, their leaders and other officials, individual entrepreneurs, citizens of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
