СТРУКТУРЫ И ИНСТИТУТЫ ПРОДВИЖЕНИЯ РОССИЙСКИХ УНИВЕРСИТЕТОВ В СИСТЕМУ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ: ПРОТИВОРЕЧИЯ ВЛИЯНИЯ

В статье исследуется особенности структурно-институционального продвижения и встраивания Российских университетов в систему международного образования на фоне принятых к исполнению приоритетных проектов по глобализации российской системы образования. Анализируются полномочия, характер и специфика функционирования новой структуры - Ассоциации «Глобальные университеты», основные направления работы этого института развития университетов. Результатом исследования является не столько признание противоречий между структурно-институциональным фактором развития университетов и мотивацией университетского сообщества, сколько понимание зависимости мотивов университетов и их администраторов и сотрудников от того, какие условия развития создаются контекстом социально-экономического и политического положения в мире, в стране и в университетах.

STRUCTURES AND INSTITUTES OF PROMOTION OF RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION: CONTRADICTIONS OF INFLUENCE

The article examines the features of structural and institutional promotion and integration of Russian universities into the system of international education against the background of priority projects for the globalization of the Russian education system. The author analyzes the powers, nature and specifics of the functioning of the new structure - the Association "Global Universities", the main directions of work of this institution of university development. The result of the study is not so much the recognition of the contradictions between the structural and institutional factor in the development of universities and the motivation of the university community, but rather the understanding of the dependence of the motives of universities and their administrators and employees on what development conditions are created by the context of the socioeconomic and political situation in the world, in the country and in universities.
