Interim Measures in International Commerсial Arbitration

Abstraсt: This article is an overview about interim measures in international commercial arbitration. It includes the applicable law to interim measures, the criteria to be granted by an arbitral tribunal, the different types of interim measures and forms to be granted, and current issues in the application of interim measures in international arbitrations.
