К вопросу о внешнеполитических концепциях Китая в начале XXI века

Проанализированы концептуальные основы и внешнеполитические теории Китая в начале XXI века. Рассмотрены концепция «идти вовне», теория «гармоничного мира» Ху Цзиньтао, теория глобальной ответственности Китая, а также идея о сообществе с общей судьбой. Дается вывод, что идея о построении «сообщества с общим будущим для человечества», выдвинутая председателем КНР Си Цзиньпином, является важным шагом на пути реформирования действующей системы глобального управления. Этот факт подтверждает возрастающие амбиции Китая на глобальном уровне.

On the China's Concepts of Foreign Policy at the Beginning of the 21st Century

The article is devoted to the analysis of the conceptual basis and theories of China's foreign policy at the beginning of the 21^st century. Various theories such as China's “Going-out” strategy, the Hu Jintao's theory of harmonious world, the theory of global responsibility, the China's peaceful rise/development and the theory of community of common destiny are under consideration. The author comes to the conclusion that the community of a common future for mankind proposed by the President of the PRC Xi Jinping is to be an important step in the process of “reforming” of the system of global governance. This fact confirms China's increasing ambitions on the global level.
