Развитие космической отрасли РФ и ее интеграция в международный рынок в свете санкций

В статье проанализировано влияние санкционной политики зарубежных стран на космическую отрасль РФ. Автором разработаны и представлены два сценария развития ситуации: продолжение политики санкций и полная или частичная отмена санкций. Для каждого сценария приведена логическая модель потенциального поведения РФ. Разработаны предложения по дальнейшему развитию космической отрасли РФ, нацеленные на интеграцию космической отрасли РФ в международный рынок товаров и услуг космического назначения и на преодоление деградации промышленных и научно-исследовательских предприятий отрасли путем оценки технико-экономический уровня отраслевых предприятий, рисков от внешних и внутренних воздействий, основных направлений модернизации, предприятий и производств, привлечение бизнеса в ракетно-космическую промышленность (РКП) для создания конкурентоспособных товаров и услуг, развитие системы кластеров специализированной направленности по регионам РФ, привлечение инвестиций в космическую отрасль при реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства.

Development and Integration of the Russian Space Industry into the International Market in the Light of Sanctions

The article is analyzed the impact of the sanctions policy of foreign countries on the space industry of the Russian Federation. The author has developed and presented two scenarios of the situation development: the continuation of sanctions policy and the full or partial lifting of sanctions; For each scenario is given a logical model of the Russia potential behavior. Developed proposals for the further development of the space industry of the Russian Federation, aimed at further integration of the space industry of the Russian Federation into the international market of goods and services for space and to overcome the degradation of industrial and research enterprises of the industry, in particular: assessment of the technical and economic level of industry enterprises, risks from external and internal impacts, the main directions of modernization, enterprises and industries, attracting business to the PSC to create competitive goods and services g, the development of specialized orientation of the cluster system, by region, to attract investment in the space industry in the implementation of public-private partnership projects.
