Development Strategy of University Interaction with Employers

Manufacturing, as the backbone of the economy, on the one hand is the main consumer of R & D, and on the other hand, defines the basic areas of R & D. This is especially important for knowledge-intensive enterprises that identify the major trends in world technological development. In addition, knowledge-intensive enterprises besides ensuring operational processes, need to be integrated into the process of developing new and improving existing products, i.e. identifying strategies for their technological development, which requires often limited resources and investments. © 2018 IEEE.
