Wherein the work has an aim to substantiate an opportunity and necessity of introduction of government regulation for crypto-currency. In the research are used instruments of government financial regulation with specifies of electronic money using. It is suggested the approach for crypto-currency security creation, based on main fraudulent outlines, used in practice of using electronic money. The presented approach can be demanded by government regulation agencies in the area of financial using, also by banks during suspicious deals detecting. The developed approach gives an opportunity of volumes moving evaluation of electronic money in country and areas of its investment. To protect crypto-currency owners from fraudulent deals and to rise the protection of their crypto-currency wallets.
