Influence of viscosity of vegetable and mineral oil on deformation properties of concrete and cement-sand mortar

The aim of the study is to identify patterns of influence of mineral and vegetable oils with different viscosities on the deformation properties of concrete and cement-sand mortar. An experimental study of the change in the samples’ deformation under static axial compression has been performed. It has been established that the influence of mineral and vegetable oil on the deformative properties of concrete and cement-sand mortar depends on the oil's viscosity. Empirical mathematical models have been worked out to predict the variation of longitudinal and transverse deformations of concrete under static axial compression. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd
