Contour fragment-based identification of graphical objects

The contours of objects detected in real images always contain noise distortions, which reduce the efficiency of the use of contour functions. The methods proposed in the paper are based on identification that uses parts of contours, which allows one to recognize objects that have fragments with considerable distortions or have been partially lost.
