Бешенство

Рассмотрены вирусологические и наиболее общие биоэкологические элементы инфекционного цикла бешенства, определяющие проявление эпизоотического и эпидемического процесса. Охарактеризованы природная очаговость и «лисий» экотип болезни на территории РФ. Приведены и проинтерпретированы современные данные относительно симптоматологии, патогенеза, особенностей иммунного ответа, диагностики и контроля бешенства, оральной вакцинации лисиц, гидрофобии человека.

RABIES

The main virological and bio-ecological elements of the infectious cycle of rabies that determine the manifestation of epizootic and epidemic process were considered. The natural nidality and the «fox mediated» ecotype of the disease on the territory of the Russian Federation were characterized. The modern data regarding symptomatology, pathogenesis, features of the immune response, diagnosis and control of the rabies, oral vaccination of the foxes, human of hydrophobia were demonstrated and interpreted.
