Installation of dental implants on edentulous upper jaw is significantly hampered due to insufficient volume of bone associated with functional atrophy ofthe alveolar bone, anatomical features of maxillary sinuses and nasal cavity. Often there is a need for bone-plastic interventions of varying complexity.The methods of choice of dental implantation on the upper jaw in such clinical situations are the zygomatic implants and appliances «all-on-4.
