Micropropagation in vitro of plants of family gentiana and others endemic of plants of Northern Caucasus

The researches of micropropagation of some of wild growing plants in the Sochi Coast of the Black Sea were executed. For introduction in culture in vitro plants of family Gentiana L., Cariophyllus L., Thymus L., Galanthus L. basal medium Van-Hoof was used (1). The sterile cultures were transferred to medium Murashige-Skoog (2) and were repeatedly transferred for caring of various experiments on micropropagation of the representatives of that family. © 2011 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
