Introduction: in recent years, interest in legal technique as applied to law enforcement acts has increased significantly. This aspect of legal activities covers methods and ways of organizing the law application process, which affects the accuracy and effectiveness of law enforcement acts. The concept of 'legal technique' in this context is considered as a set of methodological techniques and conceptual approaches used to systematize and implement legal norms in specific social relations. Purpose: to determine the specific features and significance of legal technique in the drafting of law enforcement acts as well as its impact on the law enforcement process, which is essential for understanding the role of legal technique in ensuring the legality and fairness of law enforcement decisions. Methods: the study employs various methodological approaches, including analyses of legal acts, doctrinal sources, and practical aspects of law enforcement activities; the methods of legal analysis are used, supplemented with examples from court practice to illustrate theoretical provisions. Results: the study shows that legal technique as applied to law enforcement acts plays a crucial role in the process of implementation of law as it contributes to the development and adoption of legally significant acts, ensuring their compliance with the requirements of legality, validity, and expediency. Through classifying law enforcement acts and differentiating them by functions and subjects, the importance of compliance with procedural and technical requirements in law enforcement activities is confirmed. The paper also discusses challenges associated with the lack of theoretical research in this field and suggests directions for future research that contribute to the reforming and improving of standards of legality in law enforcement.
