Abservation: In conditions before exposure to broadband acoustic noise, during its exposure, and after the end of its exposure, changes in the ergonomic indicators of the human operator in the human-machine system were studied. The distribution of ergonomic indicators under the conditions of a kafist orthostatic test is considered and indicators of restoration of ergonomic indicators in different ethnic groups after exposure to broadband noise are identified. It has been established that recovery from exposure to midband noise in a human operator depends on ethnicity, which can be taken into account for human-machine systems, where the operator is in occasional modes of exposure to broadband noise, to improve labor efficiency. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.
