Gender equality, diversity, and inclusion among gynaecologic oncologists: European Network of Young Gynae Oncologists (ENYGO)–European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) project

According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries almost half of all medical doctors in 2019 were women.[1][1] Despite that, evidence demonstrates that women doctors continue to face significant barriers to their career in comparison with their male colleagues.
